PHOTO AND FILMING RELEASE AT THE SEMA SHOW
IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR PICTURE TAKEN OR TO BE RECORDED OR OTHERWISE DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE SEMA SHOW.

By entering the SEMA Show, you agree to be aware of your surroundings and talk with a security person if you feel unsafe. You agree to release, waive, hold harmless and covenant not to sue SEMA, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (“LVCVA”), the operator of the Las Vegas Convention Center (“LVCC”), and each of their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and contractors (“Indemnitees”) from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, expense, claim, demand, or cause of action of any kind, including for or injury, property damage, or resulting death, arising out of or related to the SEMA Show or your presence at, entry to, or departure from it, including any photography, filming, or recording activities, equipment, or personnel, whether caused by negligence or fault of the Indemnitees or otherwise. Also, you understand and acknowledge that photography, filming, and recording, including for for television, streaming, digital, online, social media, and promotional programs, is in progress and you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by SEMA, its affiliates, employees, agents, partners, assigns and/or contractors while at the SEMA Show and you consent to the use of your name, image, voice and likeness throughout the universe, in any and all media, as amended by SEMA, in perpetuity by SEMA, its agents, partners, assigns, and/or contractors for all purposes, including but not limited to commercial purposes. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering this area. You waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products. If you are under 18 years of age, you should not enter unless accompanied by your parent or legal guardian, who, by permitting your entry, grants the consents and agrees to the releases and waivers set forth above on your behalf.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
Photography and video of exhibitor booths and/or products require permission from the respective exhibitor. No additional permits or credentials are needed for media taking still photography. Those filming video will require a video permit. Be sure to select the video option when applying for media credentials.

DRONES/UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES (UAVS)
Due to the proximity to the McCarran International Airport, FAA regulations prohibit drones/UAVs of any kind to be flown at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Drones/UAVs are NOT allowed at the SEMA Show and will be confiscated until show end (after the SEMA Cruise).
