What payment plans are available?

The SEMA Show offers multiple payment options for exhibit space, including eCheck/ACH, wire transfer, credit card, and check.

Wire payments must include an additional $25 USD to cover bank fees. Payments received without this fee may be considered incomplete and applications may not be accepted until paid in full.

Where permitted, a 1.5% credit card surcharge applies (debit cards are not surcharged).

Checks must be payable to SEMA and mailed to 1575 South Valley Vista Drive, Diamond Bar, CA 91765‑3914.

SEMA exhibitors may choose one of the following payment options:

  • Option 1: 100% payment due with the Exhibit Space Rental Application.
  • Option 2: 50% deposit with applications received by July 13, 2026, balance due by August 3, 2026. Applications received after July 13 require 100% payment.
  • Option 3: 25% credit‑card deposit with application, plus three auto‑charged credit‑card payments of 25% each due May 27, July 2, and August 3, 2026. Not available for applications received after May 4, 2026.

Payments submitted on or after October 10, 2026 must be made by credit card or wire transfer. All bank fees are the exhibitor’s responsibility.
