Exhibitor - What payment plans are available?
The SEMA Show offers multiple payment options for exhibit space, including eCheck/ACH, wire transfer, credit card, and check.
Wire payments must include an additional $25 USD to cover bank fees. Payments received without this fee may be considered incomplete and applications may not be accepted until paid in full.
Where permitted, a 1.5% credit card surcharge applies (debit cards are not surcharged).
Checks must be payable to SEMA and mailed to 1575 South Valley Vista Drive, Diamond Bar, CA 91765‑3914.
Exhibitor - What if I forget my password?
No problem! Visit Set Your Password, enter your email address associated with your account and we will send password reset instructions.
Exhibitor - What happens after I login?
You can access the exhibit space rental application to choose your booth size and section, select a payment plan, and explore sponsorship opportunities.
Exhibitor - Will I lose my seniority if I create a new account?
No! If you need to create a new account with an email that hasn’t been used to purchase a SEMA Show exhibit space before, we will add to your company record so all your seniority and account history will be saved.
Exhibitor - Why didn’t I get my password re-set link?
If you’ve checked all email folders and still haven’t received it, you may have multiple email records associated with your account that need to be merged. Contact us at 240‑275‑7362 or customercare@sema.org to get set up to make your 2026 SEMA Show exhibit space purchase.
Exhibitor - My company has purchased exhibit space before but not with my email, what do I do?
Select NO, THIS IS A NEW EMAIL and follow the prompts to purchase exhibit space. This creates a new user under your company account and does not affect your account history or seniority.
Exhibitor - How do I purchase SEMA Show exhibit space?
The process is easy!
If you are a returning exhibitor, and you know the email address you’ve used to previously purchase a SEMA Show booth, select YES, I HAVE USED THIS EMAIL. Then set a new password and complete your exhibit space purchase.
Exhibitor - How do I know if my membership will expire before the SEMA Show?
Starting in 2026, as a SEMA Business Member, you will have access to a dedicated online portal where you can review your membership renewal date and renew your membership online.
