WD-40® BRAND TO PREVIEW NEXT-LEVEL INNOVATION AT 2022 SEMA SHOW

SAN DIEGO – Oct. 26, 2022 – Automotive pros and enthusiasts turn to the SEMA Show for the latest vehicles, products and technologies — and this year’s WD-40® Brand booth won’t disappoint, as the company is debuting a next-level innovation to the beloved Original WD-40 Formula, officially known as WD-40® Multi-Use Product, in a “golden ticket” style giveaway, exclusive to attendees.

The product — which won’t be released to market until 2023 — is the result of end-user feedback and reflects the same spirit of perseverance, innovation and tenacity for solving tough challenges that led the brand to introduce The Original WD-40 Formula nearly 70 years ago.

On Nov. 2 and 3, the first 1,000 people per day to visit the booth (West Hall, #50119) will receive a limited-edition prototype of the innovation. An estimated one in 10 recipients will get a golden cap, earning them a special edition Carhartt hat featuring seven-time Pro-4 Champion Kyle LeDuc. On-site attendees can also provide their email address to be entered into a sweepstakes for a fully loaded toolbox valued at $1,500.

LeDuc’s custom-built, 4-wheel drive, 900 horsepower race truck will also be on display with a new look, including a custom chrome livery, exclusive to the 2022 SEMA Show.

Those who visit the booth can explore all WD-40 Brand has to offer, including the WD-40 Specialist® line, a full line of next-level lubricants, penetrants, greases, cleaners and degreasers, and rust-management solutions that LeDuc relies upon to ensure peak performance from his race truck.
