HP Tuners and the DeBerti team will be revealing a truly one-of-a-kind vehicle at the biggest of all aftermarket automotive events. The 2021 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show - the world’s premier automotive specialty products trade exhibition. This special project, a high horsepower, low center of gravity, many wheeled, tire shredding truck will be a head turner at this year's SEMA Show. The C10Slayer started its life as a rusty 1965 Chevrolet C10, but over the past 24 months, Brad and Doug DeBerti have been transforming the vehicle into something the world has never seen before. C10Slayer will be shown for the first time at 2:00PM PDT Tuesday, November 2nd at the HP Tuners Booth #23365 in Central Hall. “I am excited to show the world what my dad and I have created. We usually build something that is opposite from anything we have seen. The C10Slayer will be a truck that will be remembered when people are walking away from SEMA. Half the people will love it and half the people will hate it but everyone that sees it will be talking about it” Brad DeBerti – Professional Driver/Vehicle Builder C10Slayer Customization of classic trucks, especially the Chevy C10, continues to be a hot trend in the aftermarket world. The DeBerti’s rescued a 1965 Chevy C10 pick-up truck to transform it into the tandem axle C10Slayer that will be shown at The SEMA Show November 2nd-5th. This unique truck build is powered by a LSX376-B15 crate engine provided by Chevrolet Performance, combined with a Whipple supercharger that will make over 1000HP. Helping put that power to the ground is a fully built 4L80 ATD transmission. It is difficult to find a part of this truck that hasn’t been modified or custom fabricated for this application. From the Scott’s Hot Rod chassis to the Advanced Fiberglass Concepts widebody to the custom Govad forged wheels to the DeBerti custom tandem axle setup, countless hours went into designing and building this truck for the SEMA Show. HP Tuners will have four additional custom vehicles on display. Sharing their booth with the C10Slayer will be a 1969 Dodge Charger Restomod complete with a 707HP Hellcat engine. Other featured vehicles include a 1970 Dodge Challenger Restomod with a 1000HP Hellephant Engine, a custom 2021 Jeep Gladiator, and a 1957 Chevrolet 3100 Restomod with a C7 Corvette ZR1 LT5. Both the DeBerti C10Slayer and the 1957 Chevrolet 3100 have been entered into SEMA's Battle of the Builders. Along with featured vehicles, HP Tuners will also have their latest products on display. As always, there will be many other vehicles throughout the show that have been tuned using the HP Tuners tools. “The DeBerti team truly specializes in bringing the most insane vehicle builds to the world. It has been amazing to watch this truck go from just an idea, to 3D renders, to beginning fabrication work to a complete and running vehicle. At HP Tuners we love working with the truly passionate automotive enthusiasts, supporting them with the tools to bring these crazy automotive visions to life. Get ready to see the C10Slayer at SEMA and beyond!” Eddie Xu – Director of Marketing ABOUT HP TUNERS An engineering firm focused on providing industry-leading diagnostics and calibration solutions for everyone.
