Super Shiner introduces the next generation paint correction technology that saves time for more profits

The big idea behind Super Shiner, Inc. started when Tim Thompson, a professional detailer, began looking for ways to make his detailing and paint correction jobs turn out better in less time. His primary goal was to generate more profits for detailers and paint shops.
Tim experimented with various concepts and eventually built his first working model of a new styled self-feeding buffer. After much testing and many modifications, he exclusively used his working prototypes because they saved him time and performed better than anything available. Soon after he was awarded a patent for his invention.
Sometime later, Tim met Jon Tedesco, an advertising and marketing executive, product developer and car guy who joint ventures with selected clients. They formed Super Shiner, Inc. in mid-2021 and began to further develop what Tim had created.
Jon did more research and discovered a little known, highly technical, polishing process that is critical when manufacturing semiconductors. Silicon wafers require the most demanding thin, flat, and highly polished
surfaces or the micro electronic circuitry fails. The leading company that developed the advanced nano abrasive particles necessary for polishing wafers reformulated these materials for Super Shiner. Now, clear coat and gel coat surfaces can achieve the same superior shines with the Super Shiner Micro-Tech, non-diminishing polishing compounds.
The complete Super Shiner product line includes a patent pending self-feeding buffer, concave backing plates, contoured wool and spiral designed foam polishing pads. The specially formulated Micro-Tech polishing compounds add the finishing touch to this innovative technology surface care line. Together, this next generation system produces superior shines in less time.
“It just works better” says Tim, “I get better results and it saves me a lot of time to do a job with less sling, compound waste and cleaning. I actually found I could make more money using my products than with any of the traditional products now on the market.”
The need to have dozens of various products has been simplified requiring only three cutting levels and a final ceramic glaze good for any job. The Micro-Tech compounds, when combined with the Super Shiner self-feeding buffer, creates a time savings of one third o do a job. The final result is a hologram and swirl free finish with less sling, dust, and pad cleaning.
The company plans to have the Micro-Tech polishing compounds available during the first quarter 2023. These compounds can be used with traditional buffers, but more benefits are realized when used with Super Shiner self-feeding buffer. The first release rotary buffers will be available during the second quarter 2023. An orbital will be introduced shortly thereafter which will be followed up in 2024 with an all new ergonomically designed and more automated self-feeding buffer.
The Super Shiner exclusive surface care system comprises the most cutting-edge paint correction technology available today. This innovative technology product line fulfills Tim’s goal of creating new products that generate more profits for detailers.
