This year, SEMA Show attendees will have the opportunity to win a 2022 Shelby GT500. Cruise for a Cause is raffling off a one-of-a-kind Billy Johnson Heritage Edition GT500. The Mustang features Billy’s signature and a Cruise for a Cause Hope Edition serial number, unique to the car. This GT500 has the Shelby GT500 Technology Package and the Handling Package. The interior includes upgraded Recaro seats embroidered with Cruise for a Cause's signature breast cancer awareness ribbon. The cockpit features an exposed carbon fiber instrument panel to provide the ultimate driving experience. Furthermore, VMP Performance has provided their Apex Predator Supercharger Lid Upgrade and their 81 mm Race Intercooler for improved airflow and cooling. VMP’s Predator EO Drag Pack will be included with the car for even more horsepower! In addition to the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to win the Billy Johnson Heritage Edition GT500, participants’ contributions will benefit Cruise for a Cause. Cruise for a Cause has a 12-year history of making a difference in breast cancer research and awareness. For founder Dan Neve, breast cancer hits close to home. In 2010, his mother and wife both got breast cancer diagnoses. At that point, Dan melded his passion for Mustangs with a need to help. While his wife fought cancer, Dan bought a brand-new Shelby GT500. With the GT500, Dan founded Cruise for a Cause to bring awareness to the disease and support breast cancer research. Since 2010, Cruise for a Cause has raised funds for research and awareness annually. In 2021, the organization raised $200,000, benefiting Marshfield Clinic Health System Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center.
