To control temperature and reduce power-robbing heat soak, Livernois Motorsports has released an intercooler upgrade for 2015-2020 Ford F-150 trucks with 2.7L, 3.5L and high-output 3.5L engines. The new Livernois intercooler is more than 1.3” thicker and boasts an 80% capacity increase. This increased surface area improves thermal exchange and reduces intake temperatures by up to 100° F. Eliminating the failure-prone “quick connect” clip-on hose design improves reliability in high-boost performance use. The direct bolt-on design allows for easy installation and utilizes all OEM connections and hoses.
