Bantam Tools, the desktop CNC manufacturer, is launching five new accessories for its line of Bantam Tools Desktop CNC Milling Machines. New are the Bantam Tools Control, the Bantam Tools CNC Low-Profile Vise, the Bantam Tools Explorer CNC Vacuum, Fixturing Pallet and Spoilboard. “We are excited to introduce these new key accessories for our Bantam Tools Desktop CNC Milling Machines,” said Bre Pettis, CEO of Bantam Tools. “We’ve long envisioned a whole tool and accessory library that can add new features and functionality to our machines and these tools really help take machining to the next level.” The Bantam Tools Control is a mini computer with a touchscreen interface and that runs the Bantam Tools CNC Milling Machine on its own, which frees up the user’s computer. The Bantam Tools CNC Low-Profile Vise works with the T-slot beds and fixturing pallets for both Bantam Tools CNC Milling Machines and allows users to repeatedly produce precise and complex parts. The Bantam Tools Explorer CNC Vacuum attaches directly to the new Bantam Tools Explorer CNC Milling Machine, allowing for live vacuuming to increase chip evacuation and decrease clean up time. The new Fixturing Pallet is a flexible fixturing solution that is integrated into Bantam Tools hardware and software and the new Spoilboard protects the Bantam Tools milling bed from damage and can be used as an additional workholding tool. All Bantam Tools’ accessories are fully integrated into the Bantam Tools software. These new accessories join Bantam Tools’ other accessories, the Bantam Tools CNC Air Blaster, the Bantam Tools Desktop CNC 4th Axis, and the Bantam Tools Desktop CNC Vacuum Accessory. Bantam Tools builds desktop CNC machines with professional reliability and precision to support world changers and skill builders. The Bantam Tools machines are easy to set up, ready to use right out of the box, and like its namesake the bantam rooster, punch above their weight class, empowering mechanical engineers, product designers, entrepreneurs, electrical engineers, machinists, designers, students, educators and digital fabricators to stay ahead of schedule and under budget. All of Bantam Tools Desktop Milling Machines are clean, safe, and easy to use, making them a great choice for any lab, shop, classroom, or studio.
