MILWAUKEE – BOLT® Lock will display a new project Jeep® JL built by Dave Doetsch of Doetsch Off-Road at its booth #57123 in the West Hall at this year’s Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show. The show in Las Vegas will be the backdrop for the introduction of the redesigned BOLT Lock J-Mount™ (part number 7032499) for the Hi-Lift jack that will be fitted to “Project Unlocked,” a custom Jeep JL created by Doetsch, a leader in building custom Jeeps for off-roading. The new, innovative J-Mount for the Jeep JL and Gladiator securely locks the Hi-Lift jack to both the driver and passenger side interchangeably for easy access. The J-Mount features BOLT’s industry-leading patented “Breakthrough One-Key Lock Technology” that permanently programs the lock to the Jeep owner’s ignition key, eliminating the need for extra keys. When the ignition key is inserted into the lock cylinder, spring-loaded plate tumblers move up and down to uniquely code the lock to the key with the first rotation. An auto-return spring locks automatically when the key is removed. The new J-Mount for the Jeep JL and Gladiator makes it easy to remove and secure the Hi-Lift jack using BOLT Lock technology. The BOLT Coupler Pin Lock fits couplers from ½-inch to 3 3/38 inches, and the Trailer Coupler Lock offers maximum protection for trailers when unattended. Multi-use BOLT Padlocks have a spring-loaded, chrome-plated 5/16-inch diameter hardened steel shackle and a crush-resistant body to secure trailer doors and other gear.
