Xforce leads the way in exhaust valve technology

Xforce leads the way in exhaust valve technology.

Xforce has long been at the forefront in exhaust valving, the patented Varex valving is unique with its internal valve design providing exceptional control and a wide range of available sound level that cannot be achieved with externally mounted valves. Xforce has since added the Smartbox Bluetooth app control to provide the ultimate in personalization. This product has achieved a Patent in 2022 and also received some very interesting updates like vehicle drive mode integration and "OTA" to wirelessly deliver updates, constantly improving to the user experience and really adding to the already amazing features available to the user. This truly is industry leading technology.
All right, what are these amazing features? I hear you say. Let's take a look!
What is Manual Mode?
You can select 5 pre-set valve positions, Closed, 25%,50%,75% and Open.
Users can also use two arrow buttons on the bottom of the screen to manually work the valve, you can see the valve position changing in real time.
The pre-set valve positions are adjustable by simply holding one of the pre-set buttons, where a custom setting page flips open to choose and record your desired pre-sets.

What is Matrix Mode?
Matrix Mode enables you to change the sound automatically using a series of custom pre-sets. Three vehicle parameter values are displayed via OBD 2: Engine RPM, throttle position and speed are all visible on the screen within a range or band.
Simply select the valve position you’d like inside the band and outside the band. For example, our band width in RPM may be 3000RPM to 6500RPM
We would set the valve position inside that RPM band, for example 75%. Then select the valve position outside the band. E.g. 0 RPM to 3000RPM could be 20% for example. Once you have completed your settings in that pre-set, select enable to turn it on.
Now you’ll have the valve at 20% open until 3000RPM, once RPM enters the pre-set band of 3000RPM-6500RPM in our example the valve will move automatically to 75% open as you set it. You’re able to use throttle position and road speed values in the same way to further customise your exhaust sound.
There are four pre-set maps you can switch between simply by turning them on or off at any time. For example, you might have track – street – highway or a setting for other drivers. The interface is very easy and user friendly!

What is Geo mode?

Geo mode allows you to set a radius or “GEO Fence” around a point you select or enter via adding an address. You can choose the size of the radius by simply dragging the circle.
Once you’ve set the radius, select the desired valve position inside the radius, then select a valve position outside the radius or choose your matrix pre-set settings. Now you can come and go quietly from multiple zones.

What is Drive Mode integration?

The Smartbox can be integrated with the vehicles drive modes allowing the user to choose if they wish to also work the valve using the vehicle drive mode at their convenience with the touch of a button.
Using the vehicle drive mode can over-ride your Smartbox setting if needed according to your choice, providing the ultimate in valve control.

It’s all very techy and lot to take in but is a very easy to use and a pure delight for those looking for the ultimate in exhaust sound control and customization. The sound you want when you want it automatically! Xforce continue to lead the way and push the boundaries in this field.
