Built from 3CR12 Stainless Steel and designed and engineered with strength and durability at the forefront. Fully weather and dust proof with every inch built to perfection to withstand even the toughest of terrains and weather conditions. The German manufactured pinchweld weather seal used, has a Butyl form adhesive internally in the grip “U” section to give it the ultimate weatherproofing. Vigorous testing procedures warrants that every stainless steel canopy will withstand even the toughest overland adventure. The canopy is supplied in flat pack form including stainless steel fasteners. It can easily be assembled ( instructions supplied ). There is no drilling necessary as vehicle specific brackets are supplied. Standard Canopy Weight : 176 pounds - 80kg. Alternatively a distributor that has a fitting / installation service can offer the canopy, assembled and fitted for their client at a cost. The stainless steel body is coated with a heavy duty Automotive coating. Colour Options : Black : White/Black The canopy is manufactured to fit a utility well body / tub and is produced for a large range of popular utility vehicles. These canopy units are supplied standard, with a front sliding window, lifting gull wing full panel side doors and a lifting rear door with a bonded glass rear window. The unit also comes with a rear brake stop light. Side doors and rear window are gas strut assisted ( supplied by Struts Australia ) and have keyed alike compression locks ( IP66 rated, Swedish manufactured). At the front, the canopy has a pair of Integrated Positive Air Pressure System vents, with internal insect screens. The canopy has roof mounts that are accessory ready. It has a dynamic load rating of 550 pounds - 250kg. Static load rating 770 pounds - 350kg. Optional Extras : Side sliding windows for the gull wing doors.
