Founded in 2022, Taiwan-based CUSTUNING has been dedicated to developing electric vehicle modification kits. Their debut product, the CUSTUNING Model 3 full-car modification kit, was launched at the end of 2022 and includes a complete aerodynamics body kit, inverted fork fully adjustable coilover suspension/air suspension, monoblock forged 6-piston brake calipers with 380mm floating discs, forged monoblock aluminum wheels, and suspension reinforcement kit. At the upcoming SEMA Auto Show (October 31st - November 3rd, 2023), CUSTUNING will be showcasing the fully modified CUSTUNING Model Y. Designed under the guidance of CUSTUNING's Design Lead, Chung Tai, the CUSTUNING Model Y body kit comprises six components: front trunk lid, front bumper with spoiler, side skirts, rear lower diffuser, and a rear wing. Utilizing high-quality polypropylene material equivalent to Tesla's factory standards, the CUSTUNING Model Y body kit boasts superior fitment and durability. The interior of the displayed vehicle features custom leather upholstery on all seats, center console, and steering wheel. In terms of braking enhancements, CUSTUNING employs a monoblock forged brake system. Differing from the 6-piston system on the CUSTUNING Model 3, the Model Y is equipped with a larger monoblock forged 8-piston brake caliper paired with 400mm floating high-carbon steel discs. The suspension system is equipped with CUSTUNING's air suspension with PRAZIS air management system. The vehicle is fitted with 21-inch CUSTUNING forged monoblock wheels, and the chassis modifications include a complete set of reinforcement components, featuring a 36mm front sway bar, a 28mm rear sway bar, front adjustable camber control arms, aluminum alloy rear adjustable toe control kit, aluminum alloy rear adjustable camber control kit, aluminum alloy trailing arms, and aluminum alloy rear upper front arms.
