QUALIFICATION EDITORIAL DOCUMENTS UPLOAD
Because AAPEX and the SEMA Show are trade-only events, you are required to provide proof of editorial affiliation in order to attend.
Your application cannot be processed and will remain in Pending status until qualifying editorial materials are submitted. It can take up to 10 business days to process and review a registration from the time both the application AND acceptable qualifying material are submitted.
Once the review has been completed, you will receive a letter by email as to whether or not your registration has been approved or if more information is needed.
Use the tool below to submit two (2) or more forms of editorial materials from within the last 12 months and related to AAPEX, the SEMA Show, or the automotive industry.
Acceptable forms of editorial materials include:
- PDF/JPG of published editorial with your name in the byline, what the publication is, date published, etc.
- Published photo with photo credit
- Website link (include the link in a Word document) to an article with your name in the byline
- YouTube Video (include the link in a Word document) credited to your name
- A copy of publication masthead with name, title, and date of publication
- Radio/podcast audio (include the link in a Word document) that clearly identifies you
- Upload documents with one of the following formats: .PDF, .DOC, .DOCX, .PNG, .JPG, .BMP, .GIF, .TIF, .TIFF. Also please remove any spaces and special characters from the file name.
