2025 NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE INFORMATION, RULES AND GUIDELINES
Introduce your products at the #1 destination for buyers and media: The SEMA New Products Showcase is the best opportunity for you to build brand awareness, increase booth traffic, and generate sales leads.
All product submissions receive the added benefit of exclusive publicity; products will be featured in SEMA News, available in the SEMA Show app, and may be eligible for a New Product Award*.
Your first New Products Showcase entry IS ALWAYS FREE; each additional product entry is $95 through Friday, October 3, and just $175 after that date. No refunds will be provided.

ENTRY GUIDELINES
Prototypes, mock-ups, and vehicles are NOT allowed in the New Products Showcase.
A New Product entry is manufactured or exclusively distributed by an exhibiting company at the 2025 SEMA Show. It was introduced to the marketplace after the 2024 SEMA Show and will be available for shipment within 90 days after the close of the 2025 SEMA Show.
*Products not meeting the above criteria will be displayed in our “Exhibitor Picks” section and are NOT eligible to win a New Product Award.
- Exhibitor must supply one product display for each New Product category entered.
- Each entered product must also be displayed in the exhibitor's booth.
- Product must be removed from ALL packaging.
- (Except when entered in the "Packaging Design & Display" category.)
- Product may NOT be mounted onto another part to show how it works.
- (Tires entered in the "Tire & Related" category may be mounted on an unbranded wheel.)
- Firearms, weapons, fireworks, and explosives of all kinds, including replicas are prohibited from the premises of the SEMA Show. This prohibition to all displays whether the weapons/firearms are permanently or temporarily affixed. Any exceptions to this policy must be granted in writing by Show Management.
DISPLAY GUIDELINES
PHYSICAL DISPLAYS
- Enclosed Glass Cases: for Small product or Digital product displays, up to 18"H x 12"D x 24"W
- Tabletop Displays: for Medium to Large product displays
- Floor Displays: for Large or Heavy products
Each Product display will be accompanied by a SEMA-provided sign containing the following information:
- Product Name
- Company Name
- Part #
- MSRP
- Booth Number
- Product Description (as provided on New Product application)
Unless otherwise permitted below, NO additional signage is allowed.
A self-standing presentation board NO LARGER THAN 22" x 28" may be used if:
- Your product/service cannot be physically displayed
- Your product contains small parts or multiple pieces that must be mounted
- Your product exceeds a footprint of 5' x 5'
A small, 8.5" x 11" SIGN may be used if:
- You need to showcase additional colors/finishes/sizes
- You have a digital product/display, and you need to showcase the programming or functionality
All exhibitor-provided signage MUST be self-standing or provided with an easel.
QR codes are permitted on all exhibitor-provided signage.
DIGITAL DISPLAYS
In lieu of bringing a physical product entry, OR if your product is digital in nature, you may provide a laptop or tablet device showcasing a video of the product. It MUST be set to run on demo mode for the entirety of the Show. Cost of electricity is the exhibitor's responsibility; Freeman will be on-site to arrange service.
Show Management cannot guarantee specific placement of products and reserves the right to move products/displays, as necessary.
The SEMA Show, the New Products Judging Task Force, and Show Management are not responsible for any loss or damage to products/equipment on display. All exhibitor-provided material must NOT contain any marketing, advertising, or sales copy. Show Management reserves the right to remove any signage or digital content deemed inappropriate at their sole discretion.
CHECKING-IN YOUR PRODUCT
- Saturday, November 1: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
- Sunday, November 2: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Monday, November 3: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm**
**Products checked-in after 11:00 am on Monday will NOT be eligible for a New Product Award.
ADVANCED SHIPPING
Exhibitors may ship their product to the Freeman warehouse in advance. Pre-shipped products must be received at the Freeman Warehouse by Wednesday, October 22, with the provided shipping label affixed to each box. Products shipped in advance will be delivered to the New Products Showcase on Saturday, November 1.
Product(s) MUST still be checked-in by a representative of the exhibiting company during the check-in times listed above.
PICKING UP YOUR PRODUCT
All New Products Showcase Exhibitors are responsible for picking-up their product(s), arranging for shipment via UPS, or donating their product to SEMA. The SEMA Show and Show Management are not responsible for return shipping of any product (s), software, or other items on display.
SELF PICK-UP
Exhibitors can pick up their product(s) directly from the Showcase on Friday, November 7 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
RETURN SHIP YOUR PRODUCT THROUGH UPS
Exhibitors have the option to have their New Product(s) packaged and shipped back by UPS at the end of the SEMA Show. UPS will be on-site during check-in & check-out to assist with any return shipping needs. Return shipment details and payment MUST be arranged by Exhibitors directly through the Official SEMA Show UPS Store.
DONATE YOUR PRODUCT
Exhibitors may leave their product(s) at the Showcase to be donated to Show Management, who will provide to a local charity.
Products not picked up by 8:00 pm on Friday, November 7th will be considered abandoned. Show Management will NOT be responsible for the return of abandoned products.
OTHER SERVICES
LABOR
Freeman will handle all labor within the New Products Showcase. If your product requires a cart or labor for check-in, please complete the Labor Order form located in your Exhibitor Services Manual. Carts will be provided during check-out on Friday, November 7 until 8:00 pm.
ELECTRICAL
Cost of electricity is the exhibitor's responsibility. Freeman will be available on-site to arrange service.
SECURITY
While security is provided at the Showcase, SEMA and Show Management cannot accept any responsibility for entries. By completing the entry form, you expressly waive and release SEMA and Show Management from and against all liability for damage, destruction or loss of the entry submitted to the New Products Showcase.

NEW PRODUCT AWARDS
Products checked-in after 11:00 am. on Monday will NOT be eligible for a New Product Award.
Award winners will be announced on Tuesday, November 4th at the SEMA Show Kickoff Breakfast. Runners-up Awards will be presented in the New Products Showcase on Tuesday afternoon.
Each New Product category will have one winner and two runners-up. A company may enter products in multiple categories AND is eligible to win awards in more than one category. Judges may determine by majority vote that no entry in a particular category is qualified to receive an award. In this event, no award will be given in that category.

Collision Repair & Refinish: Collision repair, tools, software/management applications, and other refinishing accessories.
Emerging Technology: Innovative applications, software, hardware, ADAS, EV and other alternative vehicle propulsion products.
Engineered New Product: Products in this category demonstrate innovative engineering development and advanced state of the art technology.
Exterior Accessory: Exterior appearance and restyling accessories.
Interior Accessory: Interior appearance, styling, and digital/electronic enhancement accessories.
Package Design & Display: Product packaging design and retail merchandising displays.
Performance – Racing: Racing and performance products, services and other equipment.
Performance – Street: Enhanced performance products, parts, services and other equipment for street vehicles.
Powersports & Utility Vehicle: Products and services for motorcycles, mini-bikes, ATVs and UTVs.
Street Rod & Custom Car: Accessories for street rods, hot rods, muscle cars, and classic cars.
Tire & Related: Tires and tire-related accessories for passenger cars, trucks and other equipment.
Tools & Equipment: Shop tools and equipment, specialty parts and related supplies.
Truck & Off-Road: Truck and off-road accessories; CUVs, SUVs, overlanding and recreation; suspension, trailer, utility and towing accessories.
