Domestic (US & Canada) exhibitor badges will begin mailing during the month of August. AAPEX International exhibitor badges will begin mailing during the month of August and end on September 14th. Badges will not mail for SEMA International exhibitors. Badge mailing to the US will end October 11, 2023. After that date you will need to bring your confirmation letter with the bar code to Express Registration at the show. SEMA International Exhibitor, Nonexhibiting Manufacturers/Suppliers, Media, or Exhibiting Media badges will not be mailed and need to be picked up on-site.
Exhibiting Media badges will not be mailed. They will be available for pickup on-site in the media centers. SEMA Show: Las Vegas Convention Center, S229. AAPEX: Venetian Hotel, Casanova Room 601.
No. Register yourself first. When you get to the registration summary page at the bottom of the page there is an "ADD ANOTHER EMPLOYEE" button. Simply click on it and fill in your co-worker's information. If you have already finished your registration, use your confirmation letter to access your dashboard, and click on "ADD ANOTHER EMPLOYEE" at the top of the page.
Your registration may be pending for a number of reasons. We may be waiting to receive additional qualifying documents from you to determine if you qualify to attend. Your credit card may have been declined and customer service is waiting to hear from you with a new credit card number. Or you have failed to provide a unique e-mail address during the registration process. The approval process may take 12-15 business days.
Each registrant is required to provide a unique e-mail address. All communications concerning your registration will be sent to that e-mail address.
If you want to register your spouse at the same time you are registering yourself, you will be given this option on the registration summary page by clicking on "ADD SPOUSE." If you have already finished your registration, using your confirmation letter to access your dashboard, you will want to click on "ADD SPOUSE" at the top of the page.
Please note that if you pre-register your spouse to attend this year's AAPEX and the SEMA Show - and you do so by October 11, 2023- his or her spouse badge will be mailed to you with your badge pre-show. However, YOUR SPOUSE BADGE WILL NO LONGER BE MAILED IN A BADGE HOLDER. Upon arrival onsite, your spouse will need to bring his or her badge to the pre-Registered Spouse Badge Holder Pick Up desk and present a matching, government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or driver's license). Badge Holders will not be given out without verification. Badges without a holder will not be allowed into the exhibit halls. Lost or forgotten badges may be subject to a $100 per badge replacement fee onsite.
Name substitutions are not allowed. You will have to register that person as a new registrant.
Badges will begin to mail during the month of August. Attendee badge mailing to international countries will end in mid-September. Attendee badge mailing to the U.S. will end in mid-October. Attendee badges are mailed to the attention of the individual registrants. Please make sure each person "clicks to confirm" on the link in their confirmation e-mail. If you are an exhibitor and missing badges, please contact customer service at email@example.com
When you receive your registration confirmation, there will be a link at the top that says CLICK TO CONFIRM. In order to receive your badge in the mail, you are required to do this.
Children under the age of 16, including infants, are not permitted on the Show floor. Show Management does not provide childcare or babysitting services onsite.
If your registration is pending, please e-mail customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with any updates you may have. If your registration is approved, simply access your dashboard from the link in your confirmation letters.
You can cancel a registration, though there are no refunds. Substitutions are not allowed.
If you have not received a confirmation please click on "CHECK MY STATUS" and search by your name or your company. Then click on "RESEND."
If you are an international registrant, you will be given the option to request a visa letter during the registration process.

In compliance with the ADA, service animals --as defined by the ADA--are permitted at the Show. Other live animals, including comfort, emotional support or therapy animals, pets, and animals used for demonstrations of any kind are not allowed. Show Management reserves the right to prohibit service animals if they pose a threat or safety concern to anyone attending, exhibiting or working our Event. The handler/owner of the service animal is responsible for the care and supervision of his or her animal. If the animal is not under control or is disruptive or not housebroken, Show Management may require it to be removed from the Show premises.
