Fuelab Introduces New Brushless In-Tank Fuel Pump Series

Expanding on the prominent 474xx Series High Efficiency / Twin Screw Pump design, Fuelab developed the 484xx Series in-tank compatible fuel pump. The 484xx Series Pumps do not have an integrated controller like the 474xx Series, making it compact for extra-tight confines with in-tank mounting capability. While modern vehicles are starting to implement DC Brushless technologies, most applications will require separate external controller to operate the fuel pump, such as Fuelab’s Model 720xx Series Controllers (available in speed controllable versions, too). The 484xx Series comes in 250, 350 and 500 LPH versions, for horsepower support capability up to 1250 Horsepower. Also, like the 474xx Series Pumps, all 484xx Series Pumps are compatible with Gasoline, E85, Methanol and Diesel fuels. MSRP: $580-$625 depending on application. For more information, contact Fuelab at (618) 344-3300, or at

Fuelab Produces New Line of Fuel Surge Tank Systems

With over 10 years of experience producing Brushless Fuel Pumps, Fuelab takes another leap forward by integrating their brushless fuel pump design directly to fuel surge tanks. Fuel surge tank systems provide a reserve of fuel for the main pump. This prevents air induction due to fuel sloshing within the main fuel tank from high-g launches, extreme cornering, or hard braking. The 617xx Series FST Systems provide Fuelab’s latest Twin Screw / High Efficiency technology with a 250, 350 or 500 LPH delivery capability to support up to 1250 Horsepower. The fuel surge tank systems come in two different volume sizes to fit your application best. MSRP: $995-$1059 depending on application. To keep the air out, contact Fuelab at (618) 344-3300, or at
