ASI Introduces a Powerful Package

As OEMs continue to respond to the market demand for Electric Everything, cost and efficiency are critical to success. ASI has developed a new product series with this in mind, packaging together key e-motor components—integrated motor, controller and communications —as one cost-effective solution.

Introducing ASI’s newest product series, Cedar Motors, a fully integrated system featuring an ultra-efficient AC-PM motor, inverter and CANBus communications, comprising a product package for direct replacement of small IC engines.

The product works seamlessly with ASI’s smart lithium ion Battery Systems, and CANBus enabled accessories. This provides a drop-in replacement for many internal combustion engines, such as those used in pumps, air compressors, pressure washers, lawn mowers and more.

As is with ASI all products, the total system efficiency is over 90% (at the most common operating point of the motor).
