AutoZone Awarding 1969 Chevy Camaro at the SEMA Show to Dream Ride Sweepstakes Winner

Memphis, Tenn. (October 29, 2018) – AutoZone, Inc. (NYSE:AZO) today announced that the lucky winner of a national sweepstakes will be revealed at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show in Las Vegas on October 31. AutoZone, along with its belt manufacturer, Continental, will present a customized 1969 Chevrolet Camaro to the winner of its Dream Ride Sweepstakes.
“The sweepstakes was an eight-week promotion to celebrate the established partnership between AutoZone and Continental as well as bring awareness to professional installers about Continental’s quality line of belt products,” said Bill Hackney, AutoZone’s Senior Vice President, Merchandising, Customer Satisfaction. “We received an overwhelming response from AutoZone’s commercial customers. The more qualified belt purchases they bought, the better their chances to win,” Hackney added.
In addition to the grand prize of the 1969 Chevy Camaro, the grand prize finalists received an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas for this year’s SEMA Show. And, 10 first-prize winners will receive a set of Continental tires awarded in the form of a $1,000 Tire Rack gift card.
The announcement of the grand prize winner will take place at 4 PM (PDT) on Wednesday, October 31 at the Continental booth at SEMA.
