Guidelines for Non-Profit Exhibitors

These guidelines apply to all non-profit and charitable organizations that are approved to exhibit at the SEMA Show:

  • Donations cannot be accepted or solicited.
  • Retail sales are not permitted.
  • Activities must be confined to the contracted exhibit space. This includes personnel and promotional material.
  • SEMA Show rules and regulations must be observed at all times.
  • Four show badges are included.

These guidelines apply to all non-profit and charitable organizations that are approved for complimentary feature vehicle display space at the SEMA Show:

  • Personnel, stanchions, tables and chairs are not permitted around the vehicle display during Show days unless approved by SEMA in writing.
  • A descriptive sign (maximum sign size: 28" x 44") is permitted that gives facts about the vehicle and to acknowledge contributors. No other marketing, advertising, flyers, business cards or promotion will be permitted.
  • SEMA Show rules and regulations must be observed at all times.
  • Two show badges are included.
