FREE4 - Keep It Simple – focus on doing the basic things well

This will be an interactive session centering on the importance and benefits of: writing an accurate estimate/repair plan; and focusing on repair quality.

We will literally ‘shine a light’ on all aspects of the estimation and outer panel repair process – from damage analysis, to repairing a dent through multiple bodylines on a dog leg or rocker panel.

With involvement from the group, we will make dents; analyze dents; and fix dents (on steel, aluminum and plastic panels) – to demonstrate a clear link between doing the basic things well and a high performance collision repair business.

Three outcomes an attendee will experience after participating:

1. Focus on writing accurate estimates/repair plans first time, every time.
2. Understand the direct link between quality of repair, and productivity & efficiency.
3. Establish a training plan to upskill estimators and technicians.
