Mishimoto's Ford Focus RS Oil Cooler is a direct-fit for the 2016+ Ford Focus RS and reduces oil temperature by up to 35°F compared to stock temperatures! It has an innovative bar and plate oil cooler mounts in the upper grille and the mounting bracket also serves as an air diversion panel, directing the maximum amount of ambient air through the oil cooler. Built with pre-made stainless steel braided oil lines with durable -AN fittings and built in air scoop drops IAT by 6 degrees. This product includes billet aluminum oil sandwich plate or thermostatic oil sandwich plate. The cooler is available in Sleek Silver or Stealth Black and includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.


Mishimoto's Ford Mustang GT/V6 Ecoboost Transmission Cooler is a direct fit for the 2015+ Ford Mustang (all engines) and is proven 18°F drop in transmission fluid temperature with no additional fluid pressure drop! It includes 20-row stacked plate fluid cooler that provides double surface area over the stock transmission cooler. The transmission cooler core has a 180% increase in core volume compared to the stock 6 row transmission cooler and it increases transmission fluid capacity by 3/4 qt. There is no modification necessary for installation, functions with all stock equipment and includes transmission line fittings and pre-molded nitrile rubber transmission cooler hoses. It fits with the Mishimoto Performance Radiators (GT and Ecoboost Models) and fits with aftermarket supercharger heat exchangers!

Mercury Racing Reveals SB4 7.0 Automotive Crate Engine

FOND DU LAC, Wis., Nov. 1, 2016 – Mercury Racing revealed its new SB4 7.0 (small block – four valve) automotive aftermarket crate engine this morning at the opening of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show in Las Vegas. SEMA consists of a diverse group of manufacturers, builders, distributors, retailers and publishing companies.

Designed, developed and manufactured in-house, the naturally aspirated, 7.0 Liter engine features Mercury Racing’s exclusive aluminum four valve cylinder heads and dual overhead camshaft valve train integrated with a LS cylinder block packed with Mercury Racing spec hardware. This proven valve train, which greatly enhances engine durability over a standard two-valve design, enables the engine to produce a staggering 775 horsepower at 7500 RPM on pump fuel.

Benefits of the DOHC four-valve design versus the typical LS pushrod layout include:

Sung Kang’s “Project Underdog” Wins Ford Motor Company Corporate Design Award at 2016 SEMA Show

WHAT: Ford Motor Company recognized the most significant design achievements at the 2016 SEMA Show with its Corporate Design Awards, which annually honor the Ford vehicles that make a significant contribution to vehicle design. The 1972 Ford Maverick re-imagined by actor and car enthusiast Sung Kang entitled “Project Underdog” received Special Recognition for Outstanding Achievement in Design from Ford Motor Company.

WHY: Through “Project Underdog,” actor and car enthusiast Sung Kang partnered with Shell, featuring Pennzoil, SEMA and a team of aspiring young automotive technicians from Alhambra, CA to work together on the transformation of a 1972 Ford Maverick that will make its debut at this year’s SEMA Show. The Maverick, according to Sung is a commonly overlooked and undervalued car (hence, “Project Underdog”). Over the last few months, Sung Kang and his three student protégés have re-imagined this classic at the SEMA Garage in Diamond Bar, CA to be showroom-ready.
