Firestone Launches Facebook Page, Blog to Connect with Ride-Rite Customers
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Firestone Industrial Products Company, LLC has launched several social media sites to allow increased interaction among Ride-Rite™ customers.
Firestone has created a new blog (http://thepowerofair.com) and a Facebook page (www.facebook.com/FirestoneRideRite) that will be utilized to communicate with customers about their truck usage, showcase enthusiasts’ vehicles & recognize customer accomplishments. The company will also share stories that are of interest to their towing customers, including hobbies such as boating, camping and outdoor sports.
“Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a professional who uses trucks daily to haul, truck owners all want to get superior handling and ride quality while minimizing vehicle wear and tear,” said Michelle Schacht, senior product manager, Firestone Industrial Products, Ride-Rite division. “Firestone’s Facebook page and blog site will allow customers to share their hauling and towing experiences with us, ask questions, post pictures and more.”
Firestone encourages attendees at the 2012 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show to stop by the Firestone booth #23013 in Central Hall to show that you “Like” Ride-Rite on Facebook. You can also participate in a Ride-Rite air helper springs install challenge for a chance to win prizes.
