SICOM Introduces Lightweight Composite Ceramic Braking Technology to the Aftermarket

After twenty years of development and testing in European motorsports and street applications, SICOM has introduced the first full Composite Ceramic Full Brake System to be sold to the automotive aftermarket as a performance bolt on brake system made for multiple makes and models.

Retail pricing starts at $7999 for this state of the art technology. Braking kits include composite ceramic rotors, aluminum hats, calipers with patented ceramic titanium filament pistons, carbon fiber caliper covers, caliper mounts, stainless steel brake lines, brake pads and carbon fiber upper and lower cooling ducts for the front.

Additionally SICOM’s composite ceramic clutch material will be available. This material has become a preferred material over older carbon carbon clutch technology.

Starting at the SEMA Show, Las Vegas Convention Center October 30th - November 2nd, 2012, the company will introduce their state-of-the-art product line to the North American, Central and South American markets.

With this new venture, SICOM will continue its storied legacy as an industry leader in race applications, as well as forge strategic partnerships with select dealers, distributors and OEMs in these new territories.
