Cincinnati (October 30, 2012) – Campbell Hausfeld debuts its first rotary screw air compressor (CS1104) in Booth #10218 at the 2012 Specialty Equipment Marketers Association (SEMA) Show, October 30 – November 2, 2012. The CS1104 is the first of a larger rotary screw series to be unveiled throughout the next few months and is part of the new comprehensive CH Commercial compressor program that includes a Shop Air Series, a Tire and Lube Series, a Paint and Body Series and a Service Truck Series.

“Our new rotary screw air compressor is just one example of how we are re-energizing our approach to the commercial market and, specifically, to the automotive industry,” said Terry Atwater, president of Campbell Hausfeld. “Our ultimate goal is to be the one-stop shop for high-performing air power.”

Rated for 100 percent duty cycle, the 120-gallon, 10-HP CS1104 delivers 36 SCFM @ 150 PSI operating air pressure. It features an oil-injected compact air module with integrated air end, oil reservoir and air filter as well as an easily accessible separator and oil filter for quick service and maintenance. Designed to reduce power consumption, the air module automatically loads and unloads based on system demand.

In addition, the pre-wired electrical controls are mounted in a single enclosure and include a pressure gauge, temperature gauge, high-temperature indicator light, hour meter, illuminated on/off switch and emergency stop button.

The CS1104 also features an ASME air receiver, forced air cooler with independent motor and adjustable V-belt drive. The MSRP is $5,990.

The CS1104 is supported by the CH Commercial national service center network.
