Dr. Watkins is director of the Center for Economic Research and Forecasting at Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA. He also chairs the Master’s in Economics program. In this program, Bill will be questioned by Pulitzer-Prize-winning former journalist Tim Gallagher.
