SCRS REPAIRER DRIVEN EDUCATION (RDE) series will feature seminar offerings. Each of the courses has been individually selected or crafted by SCRS because the content specifically focuses on issues and information that are relevant to collision repair professionals operating in today’s marketplace, and appeals to the diverse array of marketplace perspectives that exist within the collision repair industry.
RDE3 - Leading For Results: Hiring, Coaching and Managing a Winning Team

The course will focus on specific techniques that impact business results from a human resources perspective. Effective techniques for interviewing, coaching, and performance managing a team will be shared. Time will be spent relating concepts and providing tools that are effective for managing employee performance. Goal setting and crucial conversations will be covered as well. The material will specifically relate to the challenges of the collision industry. The biggest potential obstacle in making productive changes in your business is your people. How you manage your human resources is critical to your success. The purpose of the course is to share best practices for interviewing, coaching and performance management. Attendees will come away from the course with specific techniques and tools that they can use in their facility. The end result is to equip shop owners and managers to create the right dialogue that leads to improved performance and employee retention.
