Vehicle Technology and Trends (NEW14)
NEW! This course will premiere at SEMA 2013, before it is taught country-wide! In today's ever-changing marketplace, efficiency is critical to the bottom line performance and understanding the many facets surrounding new vehicle technology can be one of the most valuable ways to improve. New materials and equipment, changes in vehicle makers' procedures, and enforcements of government regulations all play a role in the world of change. The ability to recognize new technology and its implications during the repair process can be key to achieving a positive customer experience and the overall success of business. This course will continue the "New Technology and Trends" series by bringing the latest and most dynamic changes hitting the roads to you. Complete with videos from this year's auto shows and interviews with OEM engineers and experts, this course is perfect for the forward looking professional who wants to know what's coming to the repair scene before it arrives.
This course meets I-CAR ProLevel or annual training requirements for the following roles: Estimator, Steel Structural Technician, Aluminum Structural Technician, Refinish Technician, Electrical/Mechanical Technician, and Auto Physical Damage Appraiser.
