Borgeson acquires Saginaw manual steering manufacturing rights

Through a recent acquisition Borgeson Universal Company is now the original equipment manufacturer and re-manufacturer of Saginaw manual steering gears.

The Saginaw Manual Steering Gear product line was divested by GM to Invar Manufacturing Ltd. (Batawa, Ontario, Canada) during the 1980’s due to tapering demand. The subsequent company was then sold to Techmotiv Manufacturing in Tonawanda NY and then acquired by BSB Automotive Technologies in Ontario, Canada.
