Developed with a unique process that impregnates molten aluminum to a tightly woven core fabric, Ultra Sheath MA sustains direct heat up to 1100°F and is over 40% lighter than foil covered sleeving. Avon Lake, Ohio…When the ultimate in heat protection is required, DEI is the solutions provider. DEI’s Titanium Pipe Shield developed with evolutionary LR Technology provides maximum protection outperforming traditional Mylar-backed glass fiber shields.
Extreme direct or radiant heat can damage transmissions, brake lines, wiring and hoses. DEI’s Titanium Shield clamps directly to any size exhaust pipe – auto, marine or motorcycle, to provide spot protection of sensitive electrical components, lines, cables, wires, transmissions and fire walls. Only DEI’s Titanium Pipe Shield combines a unique riveted “stand-off” design using 3.5” stainless steel clamps that provide a cooling air gap between the shield and the pipe. Combined with the heat dissipation benefits of the 2 ply material made with LR Fiber Technology, this unique design and material combination provides heat protection up to 1350°F. Mylar covered shields begin to flake or crack at 900°F.
Avon Lake, OH…DEI’s new Titanium Protect-A-Sleeve™ with LR Technology™ offers the best possible sleeve protection on the market today. Developed specifically for any application where extreme high heat is present, these Titanium™ sleeves will protect wires, lines and cables when exposed up to 1800°F direct heat/2500°F radiant. Developed with DEI’s proprietary LR Technology, these high temperature rated sleeves provide superior thermal protection for street vehicles or race engines, protecting fuel, oil lines, spark plug and electrical wires from direct or under hood radiant heat. The ½” ID sleeves will fit many of today’s larger diameter spark plug wires for protection against hot exhaust manifolds and headers. Water and heat resistant, they are also ideal for Powersports – ATV/UTV, motorcycle, personal watercraft, snowmobiles, and marine use.
Avon Lake,OH…DEI’s new Stainless Steel Positive Locking Ties are specially designed for any application where there is extreme high heat – street, race, marine and powersports. These low profile ties are ideal to secure exhaust wrap, such as DEI’s Titanium™ Exhaust Wrap for high HP or turbo charged vehicles.
Developed and tested to provide long term, durable use under severe heat in excess of 2500°F, they can be applied in a snap and will last for years. Made from high grade 316 stainless steel, DEI’s new Stainless Steel Positive Locking Ties offer exceptional tensile strength - up to 200 lbs. for the 7 mm wide ties, or 350 lbs. for the 12 mm size.

Avon Lake, Ohio…DEI’s new Silicone Protect-A-Wire™ Kit provides everything you need to protect high voltage ignition wires using the latest silicone coated annealed fiberglass technology. This process provides a flexible, abrasion and chemical resistant cover ideal for High Voltage ignition wires.
DEI’s Silicone Protect-A-Wire kit includes 25 feet of 3/8” ID silicone covered annealed silicone coated fiberglass sleeving with heat resistance to 400°F, eight DEI branded tube ends, and eight consecutively numbered (1-8) tube ends to label plug wires for added assurance they are connected to the correct cylinder.

AVON LAKE, OH…DEI’s professional grade Hi-Temp Shrink Tubes, made of military spec polyolefin tubing with a high shrink ratio of 3:1, offers the ultimate protection for ignition and electrical wiring, and are ideal for sealing electrical connections. Other uses include bundling wire, hose and cable, all types of wire repair, or any form of splicing or termination.
Designed as an alternative to plastic ties and tape, these Hi-Temp Shrink Tubes have a thick wall structure and are made of material that meets Military spec DTL-23053/5C for a water tight, flame retardant seal that is resistant to debris, dirt and abrasive solvents. Offering a clean professional look, they are flexible and easy to install.

Racers have discovered the multiple uses of DEI’s Reflect-A-GOLD, a self-adhesive race film that is used for firewalls, fuel cells, engine covers, intake air tubes, air boxes, engine compartment, bulkheads, suspension, chassis or even the bottom of seats – any place where heat is present.
Clearance, often an issue for modifications, is not a problem with Reflect-A-GOLD. This lightweight, easy to trim film is formable to NEARLY any shape, and provides long term heat protection reflecting 78% of all radiant heat without risk of UV degradation.

DEI’s line of radiator chemical products provide an easy, no mess solution for any gas or diesel powered, water cooled engine and compatible with all types of radiator materials and coolant mixtures.
Radiator Relief compatible with all types of anti-freeze products, quickly increases heat transferred through the radiator reducing coolant temperatures up to 30°F, and is now available in either a 16 oz. or 32 oz. size.
Radiator Relief for DIESELS, blended for extreme use vehicles, offers the same protection as the original formula but in a concentrated formula for larger capacity radiator systems. Both have corrosion inhibitors that protect against mineral deposits and rust and contain an anti-foaming agent.
