ESCANABA, MI - Race Ramps, manufactured by Brute Technologies, will introduce the new 4-inch Scissor Lift ramps at the 2014 SEMA Show (Booth #21215). Utilizing the same solid core technology that is coated with an ultra durable exterior that won't scoot, slide or mark up floors, the 4-inch Scissor Lift enables low clearance vehicles to safely roll up to the correct height and position for the scissor lift.
Race Ramps are light weight and are easy to transport, maneuver and store. The ramps are designed as multiple pieces that safely interlock to create the perfect platform for use with the scissor lift. The 4-inch Scissor Lift ramps will accommodate vehicles with a wheelbase from 67" to 103". The ramps are 14" wide with a 3.86-degree approach angle.
Twinsburg, Ohio – CTEK Power, Inc. has released the first two in a series of 10 educational articles on battery technology for consumers. The series is designed to help take the mystery out of batteries, battery chargers and battery maintenance.
The first article, “Why Do Vehicles Have Batteries?,” helps consumers understand all the functions that a battery performs. The second article answers the question: “How Do Batteries Work?” The third article will talk about “Different Types of Batteries.”
“Until they are stranded with a malfunctioning battery, many consumers do not realize how critical batteries are to the electrical system in their vehicle,” explained Matt Ingram, regional sales manager for CTEK. “Part of our objective in publishing these articles is to help drivers understand the advantages of using a state-of-the art battery charger and maintainer like the units that CTEK manufactures and how it can extend the life of their battery and help keep them on the road.”

DEI’s Silicone Protect-A-Wire kit includes 25 feet of 3/8” ID silicone covered annealed silicone coated fiberglass sleeving with heat resistance to 400°F, eight DEI branded tube ends, and eight consecutively numbered (1-8) tube ends to label plug wires for added assurance they are connected to the correct cylinder.
