BOWLING GREEN, KY – Quick Fuel Technology (QFT) is well known for its innovative high performance and racing carburetors, and most recently, for its show-winning Black Diamond® heat-resistant coatings available on many of its carburetors and new QFI electronic fuel injection. To complete the package, QFT is offering a Black Diamond® square bore, four-barrel intake manifold that fits ’57-’86 (262-400cid) small block Chevy engines and those equipped with ’87-’91 L98 Corvette aluminum cylinder heads (non-EGR applications). In fact, this manifold will fit any small block Chevy engine with standard port and bolt-hole configurations.

While the market is awash with bolt-on EFI systems, QFI is different: It combines the superior fuel atomization aspects of a carburetor with the precise fuel control of EFI. The patent pending 8-hole annular discharge sleeves inject fuel into a venturi where air speed is at its peak, and pressure is at its lowest, atomizing the fuel far better than any traditional injector nozzle can do. This results in a much more homogeneous fuel/air mixture that burns faster and more complete, producing more power and better response.

Woodland Park, Colorado –Snow Performance now offers braided stainless hose for its Boost Cooler® water/methanol injection systems. The hose is a synthetic methanol-proof EPDM hose that is braided with stainless steel and withstands up to 1250 psi. The hoses are pre-cut for each application making for easy installation that also enhances the engine compartment. "Braided tubing is the standard for fluid systems in high performance applications," says Matt Snow, President Snow Performance. "In recognition of this, we have produced this hose upgrade in custom lengths for all Boost Cooler® systems."
Snow Performance Boost Cooler® systems with the braided hose upgrade, are available for all gasoline and diesel applications. Boost Cooler® water/methanol systems increase air density in the combustion chamber, allowing more timing and boost in gasoline engines for more power. In diesels, more power, fuel economy, with lower exhaust gas temps are the result.

His legendary match racing between himself and Don “the Snake “ Prudhomme were so wildly popular that just this past year the Snake and The Mongoose movie was released. The movie depicts one of the greatest rivalries in NHRA history.

Auburn Gear First to Offer Aftermarket Alternative for Post-2010 Chrysler 9-1/4 ZF Limited-Slip Differential
Auburn’s new 9-1/4 limited-slip differential broadens consumer choice and delivers superior strength and performance for about 25 percent less than OE diff.
AUBURN, Ind. — Auburn Gear, Inc., a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of high-performance differentials, introduced its new aftermarket, limited-slip differential replacement for vehicles with the Chrysler 9-1/4 ZF rear axle built after 2010. Auburn’s new aftermarket 9-1/4 differential is the first to market and is designed for easy installation and higher performance than the original equipment.
Until now, those wanting a limited-slip differential on certain Dodge, Jeep and RAM vehicles made after 2010 had to either specify it as an option in place of the standard Chrysler 9-1/4 ZF open differential or pay to have an OE 9-1/4 ZF limited-slip retrofit performed. Cost was often a barrier, and the OE-made posi-track was the only aftermarket option available.
