Titanium Exhaust Pipe Heat Shield provides extreme heat protection up to 1350°F.
The outer layer of Titanium Exhaust Pipe Heat Shield is made from pure titanium fiber fabric, middle layer is special glass wool, inner layer is fiberglass fabric.
With the strategic placement of Titanium Exhaust Pipe Heat Shield near transmissions, brake lines, floorboards, body panels, diesel exhaust stacks or motorcycle pipes, radiant heat can be controlled for maximum protection and performance. Other uses include isolated areas such as sections of the exhaust pipe after the collector, an area that can heat transmission fluid, or along the path of an exhaust system in proximity of gas tanks, differentials and rear facias. The shield is designed for multiple automotive applications as well as marine, power sports, diesel and industrial applications where heat dissipation and thermal control is needed.

Knitted Fire Sleeve
Knitted high bulk glass fiber fire sleeve can withstand repeated exposures to molten steel, molten aluminum and molten glass up to 3000°F (1650°C).
Knitted fire sleeve withstands repeated exposures to molten steel, molten aluminum and molten glass up to 3000°F (1650°C). The heavy coating of our proprietary iron oxide red silicone rubber compound sheds molten metal splash immediately, so very little heat transfer occurs.
Knitted Fire Sleeve can be printed with identification, trademarks, warnings, etc. Customs length per spool is available.
Always wear safety glasses, dust mask, gloves and long sleeves are recommended when handling this product

Fire Sleeve protects continuously to 260°C/500°F and will withstand a molten splash at 1200°C/2200°F. Made of braided fiberglass yarns in a flexible substrate,it is then coated with a high grade silicone rubber.
Resistant to hydraulic fluids, Lubricating oils,and fuels, Silicone Sleeve insulates against energy loss in piping and hosing;protects employees from burns;and allows bunding of wires,hoses,and cables.
Industry Fire sleeve is the perfect cover to protect hydraulic hoses,pneumatic lines and wiring bundles.
Silicone coated fiberglass Fire Sleeve can withstand repeated exposures to molten steel, molten aluminum and molten glass up to 3000°F (1650°C).
Fiberglass Braided Sleeve is a braided fiberglass (fibreglass / glassfibre) sleeve, fabricated from high quality type E fiberglass that will not burn and will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of 1100°F / 593°C. It provides excellent protection for industrial wires, cables, hydraulics hoses , tube and pipes and also provides thermal insulation and personnel protection.
Fiberglass Braided Sleeve can be used by itself, or under other sleeve products (such as FIRE SLEEVE) to significantly boost insulation values at modest cost.
Fiberglass Braided Sleeve is available in 2 grades: 1/8″ (3.2 mm) wall thickness or 1/16″ (1.6 mm) wall thickness.
Fiberglass Braided Sleeve resists most acids and alkalis and is unaffected by most bleaches and solvents. It is highly flexible and conformable.
Expandable Acrylic Saturated Fiberglass Thermo Sleeve
Constructed from smooth glass fiber yarn, braided at high yield angles to allow for approx: 25% expansion and contraction.
Heavy wall braided glass fiber sleeve
Expandable Acrylic Saturated Fiberglass Thermo Sleeve is an expandable braided glass fiber sleeve capable of operating at a continuous temperature of 1000°F (538°C).
Designed to expand and contract by approximately 25% of its nominal size, the smooth glass fiber yarn is heat cleaned and coated with an acrylic saturant to eliminate loose fibers, enhance handling characteristics, and improve abrasion resistance. The acrylic saturant begins to decompose around 400°F (204°C), but with no effect on the thermal performance of the sleeve.
Color: Natural tan color is standard.
