BSTFLEX Firesleeve is perfect for protecting hydraulic hoses, pneumatic lines, electrical cables, control wiring, welding cables, electric arc furnace cables, etc., from high-temperatures, heat, flame, pyro exposure, molten metal splash, slag, welding splatter, grinding, electrical sparks and environmental contaminations.

Used as an industrial firesleeve, marine firesleeve, aviation firesleeve and hydraulic firesleeve on a variety of machines, engines and hydraulic equipment. Firesleeve is sometimes called other names in various uses; such as firejacket or fire-sleeve.

Fire sleeve with velcro

Fire sleeve with velcro is knitted or braided high bulk glass fiber sleeve with VCO hook-and-loop closure. Ideal choice for easy retrofits. We provide nylon velcro and Nomex velcro.

Fire Sleeve With Velcro is constructed from a high bulk glass fiber knitted or braided sleeve, heavily coated with our proprietary compound of iron oxide red silicone rubber. Using high temperature glass fiber thread, a flame retardant hook-and-loop closure system is sewn internally.

Fire Sleeve With Velcro will withstand continuous exposure to 500° F (260°C); up to 2000°F (1090°C) for 15-20 minutes; and up to 3000°F (1650°C) for 15-30 seconds.

Fire sleeve can be printed with identification, trademarks, warnings, etc. Customs length per spool is available.

Aerostyle Fire Sleeve was specially developed to meet the fire resistance requirements of FAATSO - C53a OR TSO - C75.

Aerostyle Fire Sleeve can withstand repeated exposures to molten steel, molten aluminum and molten glass up to 3000°F (1650°C).

Sheds splash immediately
Aerospace AS1072 Grade Fire Sleeve withstands repeated exposures to molten steel, molten aluminum and molten glass up to 3000°F (1650°C). The heavy coating of our proprietary iron oxide red silicone rubber compound sheds molten metal splash immediately, so very little heat transfer occurs.

Withstands intense radiant heat and flame
Aerospace AS1072 Grade Fire Sleeve will withstand continuous exposure to 500° F (260°C); up to 2000°F (1090°C) for 15-20 minutes; and up to 3000°F (1650°C) for 15-30 seconds. When exposed to flame, the silicone rubber transforms into a crust, creating a protective SiO2 refractory layer.

Colored Fiberglass Exhaust Wrap features a color coating which not only gives your vehicle that custom look, but it also increases the life of the colored exhaust wrap by as much as 3 times! Wrapping the exhaust system with our colored exhaust wrap maintains hotter exhaust gases, decreases the gases density, and that allows it to exit the system faster.

Greater exhaust scavenging is produced helping to lower intake temperatures: that equals more horsepower. Colored Fiberglass Exhaust Wrap also reduces radiant heat damage and can lower under hood temperatures by as much as 50%. Our colored exhaust wrap withstand 1200°F continuous and 2000°F intermittent. Wrap around your exhaust pipe, using overlap to hold itself in place us our Thermal-Tie, hose clamps, or wire to secure ends in place.

Colored Fiberglass Exhaust Wrap is available in black, blue, red, yellow, black, gold, silver, purple, and green.

BSTFLEX Titanium Exhaust Pipe Heat Shield

Titanium Exhaust Pipe Heat Shield provides extreme heat protection up to 1350°F.

The outer layer of Titanium Exhaust Pipe Heat Shield is made from pure titanium fiber fabric, middle layer is special glass wool, inner layer is fiberglass fabric.

With the strategic placement of Titanium Exhaust Pipe Heat Shield near transmissions, brake lines, floorboards, body panels, diesel exhaust stacks or motorcycle pipes, radiant heat can be controlled for maximum protection and performance. Other uses include isolated areas such as sections of the exhaust pipe after the collector, an area that can heat transmission fluid, or along the path of an exhaust system in proximity of gas tanks, differentials and rear facias. The shield is designed for multiple automotive applications as well as marine, power sports, diesel and industrial applications where heat dissipation and thermal control is needed.

BSTFLEX Fiberglass Braided Sleeve exhaust insulation heat protection

Fiberglass Braided Sleeve is a braided fiberglass (fibreglass / glassfibre) sleeve, fabricated from high quality type E fiberglass that will not burn and will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of 1100°F / 593°C. It provides excellent protection for industrial wires, cables, hydraulics hoses , tube and pipes and also provides thermal insulation and personnel protection.

Fiberglass Braided Sleeve can be used by itself, or under other sleeve products (such as FIRE SLEEVE) to significantly boost insulation values at modest cost.

Fiberglass Braided Sleeve is available in 2 grades: 1/8″ (3.2 mm) wall thickness or 1/16″ (1.6 mm) wall thickness.

Fiberglass Braided Sleeve resists most acids and alkalis and is unaffected by most bleaches and solvents. It is highly flexible and conformable.
