Titanium Subaru WRX Turbo Blanket Materials:
With an outer layer made from actual pulverized volcanic lava rock (continuous-filament basalt) formed into fabric and woven into a tight mesh weave, these turbo blankets are internally insulated with high temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool, overlaid with a high temperature silica fabric for increased durability and for improved thermal resistance. We also provide LAVA fiber fabric inside, too. The Lava Turbo Blankets are designed to withstand the harshest of conditions.

Silica exhaust wrap unlike fiberglass and titanium exhaust wraps (which should be advertised at a 1200°F operating temperature), our Silica exhaust wrap is made from silica yarn making this header wrap soft, strong, and flexible while operating at its designed operating temperature of 2000°F continuous, can withstand intermittent temperatures of 3000°F. .
Silica exhaust wrap is made from texturized amorphous silica filament yarn woven into a strong and flexible form. Because the yarn is texturized into a bulky form it provides excellent insulating values. Silica Exhaust Wrap is not made from leached fiberglass, resulting in a much more wear resistant finished product.
Silica exhaust wrap will sustain the extreme temperatures that your glowing pipes from the turbo, down pipe, header, manifold, or racing applications require.

Reflect Gold Heat Barrier is a metalized polyamide polymer laminated glass cloth with a high temperature pressure sensitive adhesive for use in extreme temperature swing environments. It is lightweight and easy to apply and remove.
Reflect Gold Heat Barrier is extremely light weight and capable of handling continual operating temperatures of 850 degrees F. Reflect Gold Heat Barrier offers considerable weight savings over similar types of materials yet still reflects 80 percent of radiant heat.
Highly effective material for firewalls, fuel cells, engine covers, under hoods, engine compartment, bulk heads, seat bottoms - anything or area that needs protection from heat.

Ideal for reflecting intense radiant heat, the aluminized heat-stable coating also provides additional tensile and tear strength, abrasion resistance and the ability to repel water and hydraulic oils.
Aluminized Woven Silica Textile Blanket is constructed from a 96% pure SiO2 silica fiber coated one side with an aluminized polyester film.
Adhesive Backed Aluminum Coated Fiberglass Fabric is an excellent method for reflecting unwanted heat from areas and surfaces needing protection.
Adhesive Backed Aluminum Coated Fiberglass Fabric is a heat reflective flexible sheet, constructed from a thin layer of aluminum foil which is heat stable laminated to a texturized glass fiber base fabric on one side, with a pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive on the other side to facilitate installation.
The durable construction of Adhesive Backed Aluminum Coated Fiberglass Fabric is suitable for demanding applications up to 400°F (204°C) continuous operating temperature. The glass fiber base fabric will stay intact up to 1000°F (538°C). Adhesive Backed Aluminum Coated Fiberglass Fabric is available in several sizes, with or without adhesive backing.

Aluminized Kevlar Reflectsleeve is fabricated from Aluminized Kevlar Fiber Fabric. Aluminized Kevlar Reflectsleeve has two layers of aluminum coating and a protective film, all laminated to a specially designed heavy grade aramid fiber cloth by means of a heat stable adhesive. The aluminum layers will not delaminate from the cloth, even under the most extreme heat conditions.
Aluminized Kevlar Reflectsleeve offers continuous operating temperature protection to 500°F and short term thermal exposure to 1000°F. The sleeve reflects 90% of radiant heat energy and also offers excellent cut resistance.
