Melbournebased electric vehicle technology startup
EVX (www.evxventures.com) has announced it will be exhibiting its scaled down model custom
solar car and spinoff technologies at the world’s largest automotive speciality parts trade show
in the world, the SEMA Show 2015 at Las Vegas Convention Center, USA in November.
EVX is a collaboration with the leading electric vehicle R&D group at Swinburne University of
Technology and experienced local engineers who have designed and produced award winning
solar racing cars. The engineering team at EVX is led by electric vehicle expert Dr Clint Steele.

Ranch Hand is adding some manufacturing muscle to its team of experts in the SUV and truck accessory industry. His name is Mike Kane, and he is the new Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering for Ranch Hand. Mike is making strides to improve the manufacturing and engineering processes.

The OTC Technician Challenge is going on tour with dates in six states, showcasing the Encore with new Bravo 2.0 software. Technicians nationwide will compete to win one of three Ultimate Diagnostics for Life packages. Ultimate Diagnostics for Life winners will receive an OTC Encore kit with a lifetime hardware warranty and lifetime diagnostics subscription from OTC.
Co-hosted by OTC and distribution partners, technicians will be challenged with random vehicle diagnostic issues and tasked with identifying the problem using the OTC Encore. The technician with the fastest time at select events will receive a $150 cash card from OTC. Any technician who pre-registers and attends an event will receive a free pair of OTC technician gloves. The three fastest times nationwide will win the Ultimate Diagnostics for Life package.
OTC announces ‘Diagnostics for Life’ program with lifetime warranty and support for Encore in North America
OTC announced today its ‘Diagnostics for Life’ program and new Bravo 2.0 software in North America for the Encore diagnostic tool. Providing a lifetime warranty on hardware, expanded technical service hours and a software overhaul, efforts were based on direct Encore owner feedback. This critical update, Bravo 2.0, is provided for every Encore owner with or without an active diagnostics subscription.
