Hoosier Pattern can print sand castings and molds direct from CAD files! Unlike conventional casting methods, our 3D printer eliminates the need for fabricating a pattern for the core or mold, printing geometrically complex designs for only 17 cents a cubic inch. To top it off, our 3D printer boasts a job box of 1800 x 1000 x 700 mm, making it the ideal choice for developing and testing new parts and prototypes of all sizes.

Pictured is a scaled down casting and mold for a 1923 Packard Indy Race car. For this restoration project, Hoosier Pattern took a drawing that had been turned into a CAD file and 3D printed the molds needed for the engine block to be poured.
